The group therapy sessions at New Birth Family Counseling are characterized by their small, intimate size, with each group limited to a maximum of ten participants. This small group format ensures that each member receives personalized attention and support, fostering a sense of community and shared experience among the group members. The intimate setting also encourages participants to openly share their experiences and feelings, creating a safe space for healing and discussion. We also offer zoom group therapy for those who may not be able to attend in person.
