Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), for instance, merges cognitive techniques with behavioral strategies, actively working to reshape negative thought patterns and elevate mood and self-esteem. Recognizing the pivotal role of nutrition, and sleep issues, we add various techniques to confront those issues as well. We believe to be whole and to prosper, we must heal from the inside out.
